Its nice to get out on a perfect Thursday evening, shoot some engagement photos, and have the whole farm to ourselves! We started off at around 6:30 and as the sun set, we had some amazing light to play with. Thanks to Tyler and Nikki for being great sports...Im looking forward to the wedding!

I had the great pleasure of shooting Phil and Liisa Moore's wedding yesterday at Sixth ave Golf Course, in Lively. I knew Phil and Liisa from high school so it was great to see some old high friends I haven't seen in a while. Thanks for a great time guys and have a blast out west!

First of '09

Last Saturday was my first wedding of '09 and what an awesome day it was. Congrats to Richard and Catherine for not only getting married, but for being wonderful people. Thanks for letting me share your day!

Baby!

So, I know this is a wedding photography blog...but I cant resist! Im going to be a father to a little girl in about 4 weeks and I just cannot resist letting everyone know! Annie, my beautiful girlfriend, and I are SUPER DUPER excited! With our house about 99% baby proof, all we`re doing now is waiting!

Weddings and Engagements: Engagement with Richard and Catherine

On Sunday...Richard, Catherine and I got together to shoot some engagement photos at Cambrian College. The college had some great architecture to work with and we ended up with some pretty cool shots! June 13th, 2009 is the big day...lookin' forward to it!

Albums!

So, I've started to introduce custom coffee table albums in my wedding packages and I'm super excited about it...Especially the engagement photo guest books! After we get together and shoot an engagement session, in cool places, with cool lighting, and cool poses, I will custom design a guest book with the engagement photos inside! how cool is that?! It's a great alternative to the standard guest book and it makes a wonderful keepsake!

Here is a sample guest book I've created so you can get an idea how they'll look!

The pages would be folded down the middle to form a 8.5inch high by 11in wide book.

Autumn in beauty

Last weekend's wedding, with John and Andrea, was a beautiful long weekend here in Sudbury. The week prior, we saw temperatures drop to 5 degrees!...but the weekend blessed us with temps up to 20 degrees. I had such a great time at this wedding...the ceremony, the reception, the speeches,...everything was perfect. Congrats John and Andrea......and thanks for such a wonderful time!
